How I work
I offer effective, fast and practical help for anyone suffering from anxiety or any other kind of emotional difficulty be it stress, anger, panic, phobia or low mood. Whatever difficulty you may be experiencing at present my aim is to provide a safe, confidential space in which to chart a way forward and resolve inner conflicts quickly and efficiently so that you can soon feel better and start enjoying life again.
Because every person is a unique individual I do not restrict myself to any single model of therapy. Rather I draw on a number of different types of effective therapy for which I have extensively trained.
I always record outcomes with every person who comes to see me so that the therapy is kept on track and progress maintained.
Online Counselling via Zoom
This is a convenient and affordable option that puts you in charge and allows you to participate in therapy in the comfort of your own home. You will need a computer or laptop that is audio and video enabled, and a stable internet connection. There is no requirement for you to register with Zoom or to download any software.

I tailor each session to the unique needs of each individual and use simple evaluation and outcome measures to ensure satisfaction.
The Fee is £40 per session . This is a reduction of £10 from the £50 fee for in-person sessions.
Payment is made by bank transfer.
During the session, please ensure that you are in a reasonably quiet and private place where you are unlikely to be disturbed for the duration of the call, which will be between 60 and 90 minutes.
